Deer Pepperoni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. deer burger
    2 Tbsp. tenderizing salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/8 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. water
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix in bowl.
    Roll on wax paper in 2-inch long rolls. Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
