Mexican Omelets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. bacon, cut in small pieces
1 1/2 c. sausage, cut in small pieces
1 c. ham, cut in small pieces
1 c. bell pepper, diced
5 whole medium potatoes, diced
1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. ground comino
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1/8 c. dried minced onion
2 long chorizos
1 1/2 whole tomatoes, diced
6 green onions, chopped (with some green for color and flavor)
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar or American yellow cheese
Preparation

Cook bacon until brown.
Add sausage, ham, bell pepper and tomatoes; cook until done.
Add garlic powder, ground comino, black pepper, dried onion and fresh green onions.
Add 1 1/2 cups of Hot Sauce (recipe follows), chorizos and potatoes.
Simmer all until cooked.
Add 1 1/2 cups of grated cheese.
