Twice Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 - 7 lg. potatoes
16 oz. sour cream
16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
green onions chopped
Preparation

Spray a 9 x 13 dish with Pam. Wash potatoes and bake in oven like you would do a normal baked potato. Cut half of the potatoes up into chunks and place in dish. Top with sour cream and cheese. Cut other half of potatoes up into chunks and place in dish. Top with other half of sour cream and cheese. Top with crumbled bacon and onions. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly and cheese is melted.
