Tofu Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 block tofu, drained
1 box jello (any flavor)
1 c. hot water
1 graham pie crust
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Osterize tofu and jello mix on low speed.
Pour mixture into pie shell; chill in refrigerator. Top with Cool Whip and serve.
Garnish with fresh fruit (strawberry, peach, lime, orange).
