White Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

3/4 c. chopped chocolate
1/2 c. hot water
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Melt chocolate and hot water over low heat; cool.
In mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, soda, baking powder, salt, butter and buttermilk.
Blend at low speed until moistened.
Beat one minute at medium speed (scraping bowl).
Add eggs, melted chocolate mixture and vanilla.
Beat one minute at medium speed.
Stir in nuts and coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Bake in two 9-inch pans.
