Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    3 Tbsp. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. milk
    8 oz. American cheese, torn up
    1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked, drained macaroni
    1/4 c. pimiento, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    6 Tomato slices
    6 green pepper rings
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a deep, 2-quart casserole, combine butter and onion. Microwave on High 2 minutes to tender.
    Stir in flour, celery salt and pepper.
    Microwave 30 seconds.
    Stir in milk; microwave 5 to 6 minutes.
    Stir 3 times.
    Stir in cheese; microwave on High 1 to 2 minutes.
    Stir twice.
    Stir in macaroni and pimento.
    Cover and microwave on High 6 to 8 minutes, stirring once.
    Stir in parsley. Top with tomato slices and pepper rings.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover.
    Microwave at full power (High) 2 minutes or until pepper and tomato are heated through.
