Shell Pasta And Crabs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

at least 1 doz. crab bodies and pinchers
2 to 3 cans tomato paste
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
salt and pepper to taste
shell macaroni (1 to 2 lb.)
Preparation

In a large saucepan, mix tomato paste (2 cans water and 1
can paste) and dry spice ingredients.
Cook, covered, over low heat. If fresh, clean crab bodies, removing outside shell and
feelers. Remove
pinchers
and reserve in freezer.
Wash crab
bodies
well and put in tomato sauce.
Bring to boil and simmer for at least 45 minutes.
