Lemon Parsley Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. lemon juice
4 slices lemon, halved
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine all marinade ingredients.
Use to marinate 2 1/2 to 3 pounds of chicken pieces.
Cook as desired, basting occasionally with marinade.
