Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 sticks butter
    1 lb. sharp cheese
    dash of hot sauce
Preparation
    Have everything at room temperature.
    Mix cheese and butter, then add flour.
    Make about a 2-inch roll and chill.
    Slice as thin as possible.
    Sprinkle pecans and bake 10 to 12 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until edges are lightly browned.
