Rice Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 pt. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Stir together eggs, sugar, salt and nutmeg.
Add milk, vanilla and cooked rice; mix well.
Turn onto buttered casserole.
Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
