Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 to 1 1/2 c. rice
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Mix beef, spices, rice and onion well.
    Form into meatballs, any size.
    Put meatballs into covered pan or baking dish.
    Add soup and water.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until meatballs are done. Tomato soup mixture will thicken like a gravy.
