No Peek Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef stew meat (1-inch pieces)
1 (1 3/8 oz.) envelope dry onion soup mix
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms
1/2 c. quick cooking tapioca (red and white box)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in crock-pot. Stir together well. Cover and cook 5 hours on high or 8 to 12 hours on low.
