Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine, softened
2 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Angel Flake coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat eggs; add other ingredients in order listed.
Pour into two well-greased pie pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
