Refrigerator Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    3 c. bran
    2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. honey
    1 cube butter
    1 c. oil
    4 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix water and bran.
    Let cool.
    Cream together butter and oil. Add buttermilk and honey.
    Sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
    Add to mixture.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Will keep in refrigerator for several weeks.
    Great for fast morning snack.
