Barbecued Frankfurters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. frankfurters
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. mustard
    1/3 c. water
    salt
    red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Brown onion in butter or margarine.
    Add all ingredients except frankfurters and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Arrange frankfurters in shallow pan.
    Pour sauce over them.
    Bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes, uncovered.
