Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. mashed potatoes, boiled with no salt (warm)
1/2 lb. butter or oleo
4 lb. powdered sugar
flavoring as desired (maple, vanilla, cherry, etc.)
melted chocolate

Preparation

Beat potatoes, butter and powdered sugar well.
Knead until satiny.
Add flavoring as desired.
Dip in melted chocolate.
This is filling for chocolate creams candy.
