Zesty Wild Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cooked wild rice
    2 c. frozen cooked shrimp, thawed or 1 can (9 1/4 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
    1/2 c. chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped cauliflower
    1/2 c. cubed cheese
    1/4 c. diced red bell pepper
    1/4 c. diced green bell pepper
    1/4 c. Italian dressing
Preparation
    Combine wild rice, shrimp, broccoli, cauliflower, cheese and peppers in large bowl.
    Cover; refrigerate.
    Just before serving, toss gently with dressing.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
