Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. chopped spinach
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    1 large onion
    4 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    dash of salt
    pepper and garlic to taste
Preparation
    Cook and drain spinach.
    Combine all ingredients with spinach and chill for 1 hour.
    Roll into bite sized balls and place on cookie sheet (can be frozen at this point).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 25 to 40.
