Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (8 serving size) pkg. Jell-O orange flavor
    1 3/4 c. thawed Cool Whip
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving liquid; add cold water so liquids equal 1 cup.
    Stir Jell-O and boiling water until completely dissolved (about 2 minutes).
    Stir in the juice/cold water. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours until slightly thickened.
    Mix in the Cool Whip with whisk until smooth.
    Refrigerate 15 minutes.
    Stir in oranges, pineapple and marshmallows.
    Refrigerate 4 hours.
    Serves 10!
