Baked Ziti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 large garlic cloves, minced
    1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 lb. Rozoni Rigati
    1 lb. sausage
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large saucepan, add olive oil, onion and garlic.
    Saute until soft.
    Add tomatoes, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper and baking soda.
    Simmer 1/2 hour.
    Cook 1/2 pound Rigati (as package says).
    Remove casing from sausage.
    Cook until done.
    Drain.
    Add to pasta, Ricotta cheese, tomato sauce and sausage.
