Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    hot cooked noodles
    salt
    pepper
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
    In a large skillet, brown half the meat at a time in hot cooking oil; drain off fat. Transfer meat to crockery cooker.
