Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. 1/2 inch pieces rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. all purpose flour
1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine rhubarb, sugar and lemon juice.
Spread in bottom of 8x8x2 inch glass dish.
Mix together brown sugar, flour and butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle over rhubarb.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35-40 minutes until bubbly.
Serve warm or cold with vanilla ice cream. Six servings.
