Caramel Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
2 eggs

Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt. In microwave, bring margarine, oil and water to boil. Pour over dry ingredients and mix. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla. Beat well. Pour in greased and floured sheet cake pan, 11 x 15 x 2. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 17 minutes.
