Teriyaki Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 garlic clove, pressed
Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a small bowl.
Use to marinade chicken for 3 to 4 hours.
Then heat to a boil and simmer for a few minutes.
Pour over rice.
Recipe is meant for 2 servings, but can easily be doubled or tripled for larger servings.
