Whole Wheat Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 tsp. dry yeast
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Knead until soft.
    Rest in a warm place until twice the size.
    Cut into 16 strips.
    Roll.
    Cover and let rise until twice the size, approximately 45 minutes.
    Bring 2 quarts of water with 4 teaspoons baking soda to a boil.
    Turn to light simmer.
    Gently place pretzel in water with slotted spoon. Leave in water 1 minute, turning once.
    Remove and place on an oiled cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle with coarse salt, poppy seed or sesame seed, if desired.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
