Baked Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large egg
    1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Line a 15 x 10-inch pan with foil (for easy cleaning).
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Form into 1 1/2-inch balls using a heaping tablespoonful of mixture for each.
    Place 1/4-inch apart in the lined pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until brown and no longer pink in the centers. Makes 32!
