Barbecued Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 large salmon fillets
    1/4 c. butter, melted or substitute with nonfat
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives (fresh)
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh)
    1 Tbsp. dill (fresh)
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    3 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Rinse salmon and pat dry. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well and brush over salmon. Place salmon on an oil grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side, basting with butter. Fish is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 150\u00b0 and flakes easily when tested with a fork. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
