Strawberry Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 c. frozen, unsweetened, whole strawberries
    1 c. vanilla ice milk
    1 tsp. frozen, finely shredded orange peel
    assorted fresh fruit (optional)
Preparation
    Place cottage cheese in a blender container. Cover and blend until smooth. Add frozen strawberries, ice milk and orange peel. Cover and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as necessary. Pour strawberry mixture into 4 stemmed glasses and serve at once.
    Garnish with a small piece of fresh fruit, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
