Crunch Top Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    1 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    Coconut Crust (recipe follows)
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg, ground
Preparation
    Combine sweet potatoes, whipped topping, powdered sugar, cream cheese and vanilla in a mixing bowl; beat with electric mixer until smooth.
    Pour mixture into Coconut Crust.
