Ma Maw'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. flour
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. pecans or walnuts

Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, cinnamon and flour. Add apples and nuts. Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
