Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    1 c. chopped onions
    4 cloves garlic, chopped (I use 2)
    2 cans chicken broth
    2 cans beef broth
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    2 limes (juice from both)
    3 c. water
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    You can either boil the chicken breasts (I usually boil them and then cut into chunks). You can chunk them and saute in small amount of butter. Saute onion and garlic in butter, then add the next 9 ingredients. Mix chicken and the rest of ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Serve with Monterey Jack cheese sprinkled on top. Serve with Doritos chips.
