Lemon Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon or orange supreme cake mix without pudding
3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant coconut cream pudding
3/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
12 oz. can lemon-lime carbonated beverage
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Add lemon-lime beverage; mix well. Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove from pans, let cool completely.
Spread Pineapple Topping between layers and on top of cake.
