Sausage Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) pkg. sausage (regular or hot), browned and drained
1/4 c. margarine, melted
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. pepper sauce
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. garlic
6 oz. shredded cheese
Preparation
-
Brown and drain sausage; stir flour in melted butter.
Take off heat.
Mix rest of ingredients and add cheese.
Cook until thick.
This is best served hot.
