Salata (Tossed Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 medium cucumber
    2 stalks celery
    2 tomatoes
    1 small onion
    6 radishes (optional)
    1/2 c. parsley
    1 green pepper (optional)
    1 tsp. dry or fresh mint leaves
    4 Tbsp. salad oil
    juice of 1 lemon
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut vegetables as desired.
    Add lemon juice and oil and toss.
