Hot Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1/3 c. butter
2 egg whites
30 (1-inch) cubes French bread
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, combine cheese and butter or margarine. Cook and stir over low heat.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form (tips stand straight).
Fold cheese mixture into egg whites.
