Parmesan Chicken Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless chicken breast halves, skinned
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. fine, dry breadcrumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. dried whole basil
    1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from chicken.
    Cut chicken into 4 x 1-inch strips.
    Combine egg and milk, stirring well.
    Combine breadcrumbs and next 5 ingredients; stir well.
    Dip chicken strips in egg mixture; dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
