Pineapple-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers (roll)
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
    Stir pineapple into sugar and flour mixture. Place in casserole dish.
    Put cheese on top of pineapple mixture.
    Pour 1/3 to 1/2 cup pineapple juice over cheese. Crumble Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top of pineapple mixture. Dribble butter over crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
