Crock-Pot Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. onions
    2 c. celery
    1/4 c. parsley sprigs
    12 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    4 c. broth and diced giblets
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet and saute onions, celery and parsley. Pour over bread crumbs in a large bowl.
    Add all seasonings and toss together.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Add soup and mix.
    Pack lightly into greased crock-pot.
    Cover and set on high for 45 minutes, then reduce setting to low and cook for 4 to 8 hours.
