Peach Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. peaches
    4 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    2 c. vinegar (White House apple cider vinegar)
    2 Tbsp. stick cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. cloves (whole)
    2 Tbsp. allspice
Preparation
    Let all but peaches boil 10 minutes.
    Drop peaches in syrup and cook until you can pierce them with a fork.
    Fill sterilized jars with peaches and pour hot syrup over them; seal.
