Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
    1 onion, chopped and placed in small dish to soften in microwave
    1/2 c. salsa
    8 oz. can chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes, divided
    3 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    8 flour tortillas
    1/2 c. tomato puree
    1/2 tsp. dried minced garlic
    3 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Combine chicken, 1/2 cup chopped, cooked onion, 1/4 cup salsa and 1/4 cup Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Set aside.
    Heat tortillas in microwave to soften.
    Place 3 tablespoons chicken filling in the center of each tortilla and roll; arrange seam side down in shallow ovenproof baking dish.
    Set aside.
