Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 box German chocolate cake mix
2 sticks margarine
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation

Spread in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan the coconut and nuts.
Mix cake mix according to box directions.
Pour over coconut and nuts. Melt margarine.
Add cream cheese and confectioners sugar.
Stir until all mixed.
Pour over cake mix.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
