Rolled Fish Fillets With Lemon Sauce(Appetizer Or Entree) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 flounder fillets, cut in half (lengthwise)
fish stock
cooked shrimp, boiled potatoes and fresh dill
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. fish stock
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 egg yolk
2 Tbsp. cream
Preparation

Make sauce first and keep it hot.
Melt butter, stir in flour. Add cream and fish stock gradually, stirring constantly.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Bring to boil while stirring.
Remove from heat and continue stirring until sauce is thick and smooth.
Season with salt and pepper; add lemon juice.
