Crunchy Oriental Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Ramen noodles
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. cashews, chopped
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 head of romaine lettuce
    4 green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Crush noodles and brown lightly in butter and cashews.
    Chop broccoli well and lightly stem; cool completely.
    Drain cashews and noodles on paper towels.
    Combine vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
    Blend well, pour over salad mixture. Toss.
    Serve immediately.
