Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. onion
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash thyme
    1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Place vegetables and broth in saucepan.
    Boil, reduce heat and cook until tender.
    Mix milk, cornstarch, salt, pepper and thyme; add to vegetables.
    Cook constantly until it begins to boil; remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
