Oven Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 lb. peeled apples
4 lb. sugar
2 c. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Cook apples in oven until done.
Mash.
Add sugar and vinegar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
Add cinnamon.
