Glazed Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (29 oz.) sliced peaches
1 (20 oz.) pineapple chunks
1 can mandarin oranges
4 bananas, cut in chunks
10 maraschino cherries
2 c. juice (peach and pineapple)
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
Preparation

Drain fruits thoroughly, saving the peach and pineapple juice. Cook until clear

cups juice, sugar, cornstarch and corn syrup.
Add 5
tablespoons apricot Jell-O to hot mixture. Cool and pour over
fruit.
Pretty
served
in
a
clear glass bowl.
