Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 1/4 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all together in one bowl by hand.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan or large tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
