Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water saved from cooked potatoes
1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. Crisco
1 c. milk, scalded and cooled
about 5 c. flour
Preparation

Put potatoes through sieve to avoid lumps in potatoes.
Add enough flour to make a soft dough (about 5 cups).
Let rise until double in size.
Make into rolls and bake in a 375\u00b0 oven.
This will keep in refrigerator for several days.
