Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. coconut, shredded
1/2 c. nutmeats, chopped
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. granulated white sugar
ice cream
Preparation

Combine crumbs, coconut and nutmeats.
Beat whites with salt and vanilla until foamy; gradually add sugar and beat until whites form stiff peaks.
Fold in graham cracker mixture.
Spread in well-greased pie plate and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes. Cool.
Cut in wedges and top with ice cream.
