Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can asparagus
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 hard-boiled eggs
cracker crumbs (Ritz)
Preparation

Place ingredients in layers in this order:
asparagus spears, drained, chopped eggs (sprinkle with salt and pepper), cracker crumbs, grated cheese, enough soup to make moist and some juice from asparagus.
End with cracker crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Just before done, sprinkle top with more cheese.
Serves 6.
